KIST College & SS organized an online "Career Guidance Symposium" on Saturday, 15 May 2021 (1 Jeshta 2078) to guide its grade XI & XII Science students regarding their future career prospects. Medical career guidance expert Dr Subash Pyakurel delivered his talk on prospects of medical science shading light upon effective preparation for the competitive exams and traits of the successful people. Academician Prof Dr Dinesh Raj Bhuju discussed about career options in general & applied science focusing upon the importance of hard work for the success. A prominent development and infrastructure policy expert Prof Dr Surya Raj Acharya elaborated about educational opportunities in the field of Engineering. Educationist Indra P Subedi explained about Education and Careers addressing the career planning process. In the beginning, Principal Dr Nabarath Baniya welcomed all the speakers and the audience. The program was conducted by KIST faculty member Mr Yadav Bhattarai. The program is being conducted annually as a part of its regular Co-curricular activities.
